We draw your attention to the information related to registration at Al-Shahba Private University 

First: The papers required to register at the university for the Syrian secondary certificate:

• Original high school certificate + (5) Duly certified copies.
• ID photo (2)
• personal photo number (6)
• A copy of the military service book, showing the recruitment division and the recruitment number.

Second: The papers required for university registration for non-Syrian secondary school certificates:

A student who obtained a non-Syrian high school diploma may be admitted if it was issued by an Arab or foreign governmental educational institution, or through a private educational institution recognized by its countries, in accordance with what the Council of Higher Education and the University Council approve in this regard, provided that an equivalency is completed. These certificates are issued by the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic or the Ministry of Higher Education, depending on the jurisdiction.

The original certificate, along with its duly certified copies, shall be requested from the Syrian embassy in the country in which the certificate was granted and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It shall be translated into Arabic if it is in a foreign language. The validity of the issuance of the certificate shall be verified by the Ministry of Higher Education. The Ministry of Education to indicate its equivalence with the Syrian secondary school certificate.

If it is found that the issuance is not valid, the student’s registration will be canceled and he will be prosecuted for forgery. If the authenticity of the submitted documents cannot be verified, the student will be given one academic year, and his registration will be canceled at the end of this year, which proves the authenticity of the documents from their source.

The following are the papers required to enroll in the university:

• The original secondary certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + (3) copies certified by the embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• A copy of the personal identification number (2).
• personal photo number (6)
• A copy of the flag service book showing the recruitment division and the recruitment number.
• The academic sequence (tenth + eleventh) and a certified copy of them.
• The original preparatory certificate + (3) copies certified by the embassy and foreign affairs.

Third: The papers required to register at the university for institute degrees:

• A duly certified transcript of the institute from which it was transferred.
•   5 certified copies of the transcript.
• Certified course description.
• Original graduation certificate.
• 5 certified copies of the graduation certificate.
• 4 certified copies of the secondary school certificate.
• A copy of the identity
•   8 personal photos
• A copy of the flag service book, showing the conscription division

Students transferred from other universities:

• University transcript certified by the Ministry of Higher Education
• 5 certified copies of the transcript
